Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9%05-138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />FOURTH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot D, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br />Outlots A and B, BUSINESS PARK 95 THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on May <br />6, 1997; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash payment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business Park 95 <br />Fourth Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
