Couneilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 97-05-139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 FIFTH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is intending to acquire property in the Industrial District <br />for tree preservation purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the tree preservation effort requires Craig Bjorklund to convey 16,975 <br />square feet to the City of Ramsey and in exchange the City will convey 44,550 square feet to <br />Craig Bjorklund; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Carl Johnson and Lorence Johnson have agreed to assist the City in <br />compensating Craig Bjorklund for the property by joining in the platting of property to convey <br />19,250 square feet of their property to Craig Bjorklund and accepting 15,660 square fee of the <br />City's property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has agreed to perform the platting of the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot B, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> -AND- <br /> <br /> The north 98.71 feet of Lot 1, block 2, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> -AND- <br /> <br /> Lot 4 Block 1, PARK 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> <br /> -AND- <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, PARK 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, The Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on May <br />6, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no park dedication will be required as there are no new lots being created. <br /> <br /> <br />
