Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 97-06-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH POND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, G.M. Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot B, Sunfish Square 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on December 27, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from the Developer for Sunfish Pond; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 7, 1997, conducted a public <br />hearing, and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the application for preliminary plat approval of Sunfish <br />Pond on February 11, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 4, 1997 <br />and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park Commission met on March 13, 1997 and recommended a cash <br />payment to satisfy park dedication requirements with a request for one additional review <br />opportunity following preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met March 25, 1997 and granted preliminary plat <br />approval of Sunfish Pond. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Pond in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with City Staff review letter dated 5/30/97. <br />b) Entering into a development agreement with the City. <br />c) Compliance with the final recommendation of the Park Commission on June 12, <br /> 1997. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
