Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 97-06-146 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH POND WHEREAS, G.M. Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot B, Sunfish Square 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on December 27, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from the Developer for Sunfish Pond; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 7, 1997, conducted a public hearing, and recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, the City received the application for preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Pond on February 11, 1997; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on March 4, 1997 and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Park Commission met on March 13, 1997 and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements with a request for one additional review opportunity following preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met March 25, 1997 and granted preliminary plat approval of Sunfish Pond. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sunfish Pond in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: a) Compliance with City Staff review letter dated 5/30/97. b) Entering into a development agreement with the City. c) Compliance with the final recommendation of the Park Commission on June 12, 1997. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
