Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION//97-06-165 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on June 24, 1997, Staff <br />recommended amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City Council approved the 1997 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges at <br />their regular meeting on December 10, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends the Ramsey City Council approve this recommendation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to include <br />subdivision fees. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a park trail <br /> development fee of $100.00 per unit on residential subdivisions. <br /> <br />2) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a storm water <br /> trunk charge of $350.00 per unit on residential subdivisions and $3,500.00 per acre on <br /> commercial and industrial subdivisions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
