Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-0%175 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0431 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />AN OVERAGE IN GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-07-174 adopting <br />Findings of Fact/40431 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On July 22, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Gary and Linda Grinde ("Permit Holder") for an overage in garage and accessory building <br />space on the property generally known as 5655 148th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 171.00 feet of the West 343.74 feet of all that part of the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point being the intersection of the North line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the center line of County Road No. 5, <br />also known as Nowthen Road [Boulevard], said point being 440.00 feet West of the <br />Northeast comer of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West on said <br />North line of Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 507.00 feet; thence <br />South at right angles 228.00 feet; thence East and parallel with said North line of <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 640120 feet to said center line of <br />County Road No. 5; thence North 30 degrees 15 minutes West 265.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 672 square foot accessory garage on <br />the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on June 4, <br />1997. <br /> <br />That the accessory garage shall be built with the same type construction materials and shall <br />have the same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure on <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction of the accessory garage. <br /> <br /> <br />
