The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />LaDue, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Ben Deemer <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Sharon Jensen <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 5th day of August, 1997. <br /> <br />Roland G.
