18. That the Applicant'stower and antennas will be designed to blend into the surrounding <br />environment through the use of color and design. <br />19. That the proposed use will not substantially impair the use or market value of surrounding <br />properties. <br />20. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br />21. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br />uses. <br />22. That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services. <br />23. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br />24. That the proposed use will not involve equipment and conditions of operation that will be <br />detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br />production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or order <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />
