Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Containing 4.1 acres, more or less. <br />Subject to easement for road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and any other <br />easements of record. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The West 300 feet of the North 1452.0 feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This permit shall expire three (3) years from the date of commencement of operations and <br />the Permit Holder shall be responsible for providing the City with at least 48 hours <br />advance notice of the date of commencement of operations. <br /> <br />The ingress and egress to the Subject Property shall be from County Road #64. The <br />Permit Holder shall provide a 75 foot long gravel approach at the access point onto <br />County Road #64 to minimize the tracking of grading materials from the site onto the <br />public highway. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for obtaining and complying <br />with any permits deemed necessary from Anoka County. In addition, the Permit Holder <br />shall be responsible for removing any spilled material from the public roads immediately <br />upon direction to do so by the City Engineer. Failure to do so shall be cause for the City <br />Engineer to order the necessary work to be done and billed to the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />All grading operations shall be conducted in accordance with Exhibit A submitted by the <br />Permit Holder in conjunction with the application and dated received by the City on <br />August 14,1997. The proposed area to be graded is approximately 12 acres in size. The <br />excavation shall be in accordance with the sequencing operation described in the four <br />page 'Information For Conditional Use Permit' submitted by the Applicant. All non-wet <br />disturbed areas shall be restored with a minimum of six inches of topsoil, seed and <br />mulched, as soon as possible after such areas will no longer be affected by subsequent <br />construction activity. <br /> <br />All equipment used for grading and hauling operations shall be maintained and operated <br />in such a manner to minimize noise, dust, and vibrations adversely affecting surrounding <br />properties. All equipment shall be kept in good repair. Failed equipment and rubbish <br />shall be removed from the work site regularly. <br /> <br />Except for the Permit Holder's personal equipment and property, only equipment <br />required for the excavation, grading and hauling of materials shall be allowed onto the <br />site. 'Equipment associated with the processing of the excavated materials such as <br />crushers, washers, conveyors, etc., are prohibited. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #97-09-286 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
