1375757 <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-10-309 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0445 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />HAVE A METAL ACCESSORY BUILDING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-10-308 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0445 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On October 28, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Scott and Lori Jones ("Permittee") to have a metal accessory building on the property <br />generally known as 16000 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 7, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property") (P.I.N. 14-32-25-41-~ <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 'and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory building <br />with a metal exterior facing finish and soffit, eaves, facia and color compatible with the <br />principal structure on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory building. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br />necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br /> <br />
