1375757 Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97-10-309 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0445 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO HAVE A METAL ACCESSORY BUILDING WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-10-308 adopting Findings of Fact #0445 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On October 28, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Scott and Lori Jones ("Permittee") to have a metal accessory building on the property generally known as 16000 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 7, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property") (P.I.N. 14-32-25-41-~ This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 'and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. conditions of this permit are as follows: The That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory building with a metal exterior facing finish and soffit, eaves, facia and color compatible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory building. o That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. 5. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
