This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That prior to the development of any principal buildings on the Subject Property, this resolution shall allow for the construction of one additional accessory building on the Subject Property with a total square footage of all accessory buildings not to exceed 2,464 square feet. The Applicants agree that they will do one of the following: 1) reduce the pre-existing accessory building to a size sufficient to comply with the 2,464 square foot total allotment and perform repairs necessary to render the building in compliance with City Code; or 2) remove the existing accessory building from the premises within 90 days of the date of final inspection of the new accessory building. In the event the Applicants fail to comply with either of the above options within the time frame stated above; the Applicants herein grant the City a license to enter upon the Subject Property and remove the pre-existing accessory building at the Applicant's expense, plus an additional 25% of such expenditure, as a special tax against the Subject Property and to certify the same to the County Auditor for collection in the manner as taxes and special assessments are certified and collected. 2. That the accessory building shall not be used for commercial operations or housing animals unless it is done so in accordance with City Code. That the accessory building shall be sited on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated November 25, 1997 (attached hereto as Exhibit A) and designed with soffit, fascia and eaves. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory building. No building permit for the accessory building shall be issued unless the Permittee has signed this permit and paid all City costs incurred in processing the conditional use permit application. 5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. 6. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. 7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
