This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That prior to the development of any principal buildings on the Subject Property, this <br />resolution shall allow for the construction of one additional accessory building on the Subject <br />Property with a total square footage of all accessory buildings not to exceed 2,464 square <br />feet. The Applicants agree that they will do one of the following: 1) reduce the pre-existing <br />accessory building to a size sufficient to comply with the 2,464 square foot total allotment <br />and perform repairs necessary to render the building in compliance with City Code; or 2) <br />remove the existing accessory building from the premises within 90 days of the date of final <br />inspection of the new accessory building. In the event the Applicants fail to comply with <br />either of the above options within the time frame stated above; the Applicants herein grant <br />the City a license to enter upon the Subject Property and remove the pre-existing accessory <br />building at the Applicant's expense, plus an additional 25% of such expenditure, as a special <br />tax against the Subject Property and to certify the same to the County Auditor for collection <br />in the manner as taxes and special assessments are certified and collected. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory building shall not be used for commercial operations or housing animals <br /> unless it is done so in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />That the accessory building shall be sited on the Subject Property in accordance with the site <br />plan dated November 25, 1997 (attached hereto as Exhibit A) and designed with soffit, fascia <br />and eaves. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory building. No building permit for the accessory building shall be issued unless <br />the Permittee has signed this permit and paid all City costs incurred in processing the <br />conditional use permit application. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />6. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br /> <br />
