Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-02-034 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF <br />ANOKA INDEPENDENT GRAIN & FEED ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ernest Petersen, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, according to the map or plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the northerly line of said Lot <br />26, which is 200 feet easterly of the northeast comer of Lot 13, said subdivision, as <br />measured along the northerly line of said Lot 26; thence southerly parallel with the <br />easterly line of said Lot 13 for 190 feet; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of <br />said Lot 26 for 200 feet and to the southeast comer of said Lot 13; thence southerly on an <br />extension southerly of the easterly line of said Lot 13 for 260 feet; thence easterly at an <br />interior angle to the northeast of 91 degrees 30 feet for 427.1 feet; thence northeasterly <br />with a deflection angle to the left of 66 degrees 50 feet for 49 feet; thence northeasterly <br />with a deflection angle to the right of 36 degrees 24 feet for 50.8 feet; thence easterly <br />with a deflection angle to the right of 13 degrees 50 feet for 51 feet; thence northerly with <br />a deflection angle to the left 74 degrees 4 feet for a distance of 168.1 feet; thence easterly <br />with a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 26 feet for 99 feet; thence northerly with <br />a deflection angle to the left of 89 degrees 25 feet for 163.1 feet, and to the northerly line <br />of said Lot 26; thence northwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 26 to the point of <br />commencement. <br /> <br />Together with an easement for road purposes over that part of Lot 26, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 96 described as follows: Commencing at the most northeasterly comer <br />of the above described parcel; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line thereof <br />for 40 feet; thence northeasterly in a straight line to a point on the northerly line of said <br />Lot 26, which is 8 feet westerly, as measured along said northerly line, of the <br />northwesterly comer of Lot 14, said subdivision; thence westerly along the northerly line <br />of said Lot 26 to the point of beginning of this easement. <br /> <br />That part of Lot Twenty-six (26), Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, described as follows: <br />Commencing on the Southerly line of State Trunk Highway at a point Two Hundred Fifty <br />(250) feet Easterly of the intersection of said Southerly line with the Easterly line of <br />Poplar Drive, a road dedicated on recorded plat called Dickenson's Mississippi Estate; <br />thence Easterly on Southerly line of Said Sate Highway a distance of Two Hundred (200) <br />feet; thence Southerly and parallel with Easterly line of said Poplar Drive, a distance of <br />One Hundred ninety (190) feet; thence Westerly and parallel with Southerly line of said <br /> <br /> <br />
