is) Assignability of CUP: In the event of transfer, this CUP shall apply to the successors and assigns of Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., and an officer of Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc. shall provide the City with written notice of same within 30 days of the official date of transferring ownership. 16) On-Site Inspection: The City reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes of conducting inspections and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction and operational effect of the facility. Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the event of an emergency. City personnel or agents performing the inspection shall provide reasonable notice to the permittee personnel prior to the time of the inspection. 17) Administration of Permit: All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. 18) That the Permittee shall not permit alcohol beverages to be consumed on the premises, which alcohol beverages are not purchased on the premises. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Haas Steffen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, this the 24th day of March, 1998. Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., hereby acknowledge receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit.
