Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-04-058 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #97-23 (BUSINESS PARK 95 7TH ADDITION --- <br />STREETS, STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER, AND WATERMAIN) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 12, 1997, Ramsey City Council approved Resolution #97-08- <br />196 authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 10, 1998, Ramsey City Council approved Resolution #98-03-039 <br />approving the plans and specifications and ordering the advertisement of bids for Improvement <br />Project #97-23; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for the construction of street, storm <br />sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain improvements to service the Business Park 95 7th <br />Addition, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on April 6, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following quotes were received: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />W.B.
