Board Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-05-073 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John M. Gobematz and Avis M. Gobematz, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Permittees", have properly applied for a variance to the minimum lot size requirements to create <br />two additional single family residential lots in the Rural Service Area from the property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, Gobematz Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") O~,- 3~,- ~"~-' I~) 00~ /f/u <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 5, 1998, conducted a public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0454, a variance is hereby granted to the minimum area <br />requirement for single family lots in the Rural Service as established by Section 9.20.11 of <br />the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be permitted to plat two single family residential lots from Lot 3, Block <br />1, Gobematz Addition and each new lot created shall be a minimum of 2.5 acres inside, <br />exclusive of any road right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. This variance shall not apply to any future resubdivision of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in .administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
