Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-05-083 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-08 (BITUMINOUS <br />OVERLAY WOODLAWN ESTATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #98-02-025 on February 10, <br />1998, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to bituminous <br />overlay Woodlawn Estates (Project #98-08); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on March 10, 1998, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 10, 1998. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
