Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-05-092 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER BRIAN E. IHNOT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian E. Ihnot began employment at the City of Ramsey on November 3, <br />1997 as a Public Works Maintenance Worker in salary grade 7, with an annual salary of $22,152; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works Supervisor Merle Mevissen, Mr. Ihnot's immediate <br />supervisor, has given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Mr. lb_not and <br />recommends retaining Mr. Ihnot at the City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective <br />May 3, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its May 12, 1998 meeting agreed with the <br />recommendation to retain Mr. Ihnot as a regular, full-time employee, effective May 3, 1998. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Brian E. llmot and change in <br />status to regular, full-time employee, effective May 3, 1998. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamee <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br /> <br />
