That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants and that no commercial or industrial activity involving employees that do not reside on the Subject Property shall be allowed in conjunction with the commercial vehicles and equipment stored and parked on the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code. 5. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. 6. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. 7. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Haas Steffen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beahen whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of May, 1998.
