1364458 <br /> <br />Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-06-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Richard Mitchell (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 6415 172nd Lane <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> Ao <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Trott Brook Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 2, 1998, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact//0457, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br /> the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 85 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br /> administering and enforcing this variance. ' <br /> <br /> <br />
