1357183 <br /> <br />Board Member Jensen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-06-109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William E. Hellerstedt .and Kathleen M. Hellerstedt (Permittees) have <br />properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an <br />accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal stmciure on the property <br />generally known as 8630 167th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 6, Block 2, Autumn Heights, Anoka County, Minnesota 0 c~ '"3~-~ ~' - 3o~) <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 2, 1998, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0458, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer <br /> the from property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 50 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage' of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
