Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-07-142 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0461 RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FOR A VARIANCE FROM STREET FRONTAGE OR LOT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jerry Melberg and Janice, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants", have <br />properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance from the minimum lot width requirement <br />established in Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code in order to construct a dwelling on the <br />following legally described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, <br />Range 25 described as follows: beginning at the Northwest comer of the said Northeast <br />Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence east along the North Line of said Northeast Quarter <br />of Northeast Quarter to a point 70 feet east of the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter, thence southerly parallel with said West Line 300 feet, thence westerly <br />and parallel with said North Line to said West Line, thence northerly along said West <br />Line to the point of beginning, except the road, subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />-and <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, <br />Range 25, described as follows: beginning at a point on the North Line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of Northeast Quarter 650 feet west of the northeast comer thereof, thence west <br />along said North Line 150 feet, thence south and parallel with the East Line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter 300 feet, thence west and parallel with the said <br />North Line 150 feet, thence south and parallel with the said East Line 150 feet, thence <br />west and parallel with the said North Line to a point 70 feet east of the West Line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence north and parallel with said West Line to <br />intersect with a line parallel with and 300 feet south of said North Line, thence west and <br />parallel with said North Line to the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of Northeast <br />Quarter, thence south along said West Line to the South Line of north 935 feet of said <br />Northeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along the East Line thereof), thence <br />easterly along said South Line to the West Line of the east 650 feet of said Northeast <br />Quarter of Northeast Quarter (as measured along said North Line), thence northerly along <br />said West Line of the east 650 feet to the point of beginning, except the road, subject to <br />easement of record. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
