Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION/t98-07-166 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT SEAN WALTHER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scan J. Walther began employment at the City of Ramsey on January 20, <br />1998, as a Community Development Assistant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Walther's supervisor, has given a satisfactory employee performance <br />appraisal for Mr. Walther and recommends retaining him at the City of Ramsey as a regular full- <br />time employee, effective July 20, 1998; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, on July 28, 1998 agreed with the <br />recommendation to retain Scan Walther as a regular, full-time employee, effective July 20, 1998. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Sean J. Walther and change <br />his employment status to regular, full-time employee, effective July 20, 1998. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Zimmerman, upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br /> <br />
