10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That no fill materials, except topsoil for restoration, are proposed to be imported to the site. <br /> <br />That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity. <br /> <br />That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed grading <br />plan. <br /> <br />That the grading operation will increase the traffic to and from the subject property for the <br />period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing neighboring uses during the term <br />of the permit. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br />highways and streets. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />That the proposed activities, processes, materials, and equipment and conditions of <br />operation that will not be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by <br />reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors are <br />controlled by City Code and should the permit be granted, these private rights will be <br />protected by the contracted entered into with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #98-08-204 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
