1516682 Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 98-08-209 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0469 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MOPE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL OF LAND. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-08-208 adopting Findings of Fact #0469 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ' On August 25, 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("PermiTM) Was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Mark and Doni Heule ("Permittee") for'aprivate dog kennel to maintain more than two adult dogs on the property generally known as 7262 162nd Lane NW and legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; then north 89 degrees 15 minutes 46 seconds west along the North Line thereof a distance of 270.00 feet; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes I1 seconds west a distance of 233.0 feet; then north 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds west a distance of 523.00 feet to the point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; then return south 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds east along the last described course a distance of 240.00 feet; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 483.00 feet; then north 89 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds west a distance of 40.0 feet; then south 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds west a distance of 270.18 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 333.0 feet north of the South Line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast QUarter; then north 89 degrees 16 minutes 27 seconds west along said parallel line a distance of 200.® feet to its interSection with a line bearing south 0 degrees 29 minUtes' 11 sed0nds wist from the point 6f beginning; then north 0 degrees 29 minutes 11 seconds east a distance of 752.35 feet to the point of beginning (subject to and together with the right to ingress and egress over the following described easement): The north 33 feet of the east 270.0 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 16.
