Commencing at Point B heretofore mentioned; then north and parallel <br />with the West Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter for a distance of <br />496.01 feet; then northerly in a straight line to a point on the North Line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 1100 feet east from the <br />northwest coruer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and there <br />terminating. <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. <br /> <br />This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of eight (8) adult dogs on the <br />Subject Property and adult is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br /> <br />Any outdoor kennel structure or doghouses constrnucted on the Subject Property shall <br />maintain a minimum setback of 75 feet from common property lines with adjacent parcels. <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog <br />Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and/or to revoke this Permit pursuant to Section 9.03.04, subd. 9, of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall install fencing as shown on the Site Plan dated June 1, 1998, Revision <br />Date August 26, 1998 to creme a buffer area between the Subject Property and the adjacent <br />parcel to the east (PIN 16-32-25-14-0004).
