2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of fifteen (15) adult dogs (over 3 <br /> months in age) and puppies (under 3 months in age) on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Any outdoor kennel structure or doghouses that may be constructed on the Subject Property <br />for the purpose of housing dogs for time increments exceeding 8 consecutive hours, shall <br />maintain a minimum setback from side property lines equal to that of the principal structure. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall not allow dogs to remain outside unattended between the hours of <br /> 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog <br />Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the P'~',,'-~ of the Ramsey CiB, Code, a~ached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and/or to revoke this Permit pursuant to Section 9.03.04. subd. 9, of the <br />Ramsey City Code. ~ <br /> <br />The Applicant shall install fencing as shown on the Fencing Plan dated 7/20/98. The <br />outdoor exercise areas as depicted on the Fencing Plan shall be maintained' in a sanitary <br />condition according to State and local humane standards. <br /> <br />That no dog under the ownership of the Permittee shall be allowed to run at large in an <br />unconfined area on the Subject Property, except under the direct supervision of the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />8. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial <br /> kennel or dog boarding activities on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
