That the Applicant is proposing to lease space from the City for a 6 foot diameter satellite <br />dish antenna, two 10½-foot AN310 stick antennas, and one 6"-8" diameter GPS antenna <br />to be located on the outside of the water tower, and two 6' x 2' x 2' equipment cabinets to <br />be located in the tower equipment room to facilitate their communications system. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that their access to the Subject Property will not increase <br />the risk of contamination to the City's water supply, will not increase the water tower <br />maintenance costs to the City, will not unreasonably interfere with water tower <br />maintenance, and will not cause interference to any other broadcast systems, including <br />law enforcement, fire and ambulance services. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that there will be no personnel stationed at the site on a <br />permanent basis. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the existing access to the Subject Property is adequate <br />and no parking will be required because site visits will be infrequent and of limited <br />duration. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially impair the use or market value of <br />surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve equipment and conditions of operation that will be <br />detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br />production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
