1389523 <br /> <br />000 ~ <br /> <br />Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />R~SOLUTION NO; 98-09-217 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #97-03-063 APPROVING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0420 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE SPACE ON A PARCEL OF LAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-03-062 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0420 for the use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #97-03-063 approving the <br />Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey recorded the Conditional Use Permit at the Anoka <br />County Recorder's Office against the following legally described property: All that part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except the East 644.00 feet of the South 468.00 feet, as measured along the <br />South and East lines, except that part taken for highway purposes ("Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property was subsequently platted as Lot 3, Block 1, Harmony <br />Farms, and contained less area than the iegai description under which the conditional use permit <br />was originally recorded; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council herein amends the legal description of the property which <br />received the Conditional Use Permit in Resolution #97-03-063. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On March 25, 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Craig and Rhonda Morris ("Permit Holders") for an overage in accessory structure <br />space on the property generally known as 16735 Nowthen Blvd. NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
