Board Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #98-09-220B <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey requested a variance from the height restrictions in the <br />Multiple Residential District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the southwesterly right-of- <br /> way line of County State Highway No. 5 and lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way <br /> line of Dysprosium Street and lying westerly of the westerly right-of-way line of Trunk <br /> Highway No. 47, subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on September 1, 1998, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TItE BOARD OF ADJIJSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0472, a variance to height restrictions is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. The seniors apartment building shall be allowed for development on the Subject Property <br /> with the height not to exceed 45 feet from mean ground level. <br /> <br /> <br />
