8. That the Applicant has stated that all animals will be held indoors from the time they are <br /> dropped off for grooming until they are picked up again by their owners. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant has proposed hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br /> through Friday, with an estimate of 15-20 clients per week. <br /> <br />10. That there are other similar conditional uses in the City. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br /> That the proposed' use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br /> persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br /> smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />18. That the applicant does keep a pit bull in her home which has created some concern by an <br /> adjacent neighbor. Therefore, the issue of the compatibility between the pit bull and the <br /> home business should be reviewed by City staff every six months. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Haas Steffen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />'13. <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-10-258 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
