Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. 5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. There shall be no business identification signs, other than those that comply with City Code. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials and all animals delivered to the property shall be held within the private dwelling until they are retrieved by their owners. o Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private dwelling on the Subject Property. Merchandise not considered accessory to dog hygiene shall not be displayed or offered for sale either within or outside of the residence. 10. The Permittee shall be responsible for any costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit. 11. The City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 12. The Applicant does keep a pit bull in her home which has created some concern by an adjacent neighbor. The issue of compatibility between the pit bull and the home business should be reviewed by City staff every six months.
