Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permittee. <br /> <br />5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. <br /> <br />There shall be no business identification signs, other than those that comply with City <br />Code. <br /> <br />There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials and all animals <br />delivered to the property shall be held within the private dwelling until they are retrieved <br />by their owners. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Merchandise not considered accessory to dog hygiene shall not be displayed or offered <br />for sale either within or outside of the residence. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for any costs incurred by the City in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Applicant does keep a pit bull in her home which has created some concern by an <br />adjacent neighbor. The issue of compatibility between the pit bull and the home business <br />should be reviewed by City staff every six months. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-10-259 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
