2. That the accessory structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any <br /> closer than 30 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />4.
