Commissioner LaDue introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-11-266 RESOLUTION FINDING THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND THE AMENDED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 4, AND 6 CONSISTENT WITH THE PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has authorized preparation of an Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District No. 1 and Amended Tax Increment Financing Plans (TIF Plans) for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 6 within that Development District, and the amended Development Program and TIF Plans have been submitted to the Planning Commission for comment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Development Program and TIF Plans and has compared them with the plans for development of the City as a whole. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District No. 1 and the Amended TIF Plans for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 6 are found to be consistent with the plan for development of the City of Ramsey as a whole. 2) That it is recommended that the City Council of the City of Ramsey hold the public hearing required by law and adopt the amended Development Program and TIF Plans. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Acting Chairperson Deemer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Acting Chairperson Deemer Commissioner LaDue Commissioner Wivoda and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Commissioner Anderson and the following were absent: Chairperson Bawden Commissioner Jensen
