The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permittee. <br /> <br />5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />There shall be no business identification signs, other than those that comply with City <br />Code. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Hours of operation are restricted to 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays; noon <br />to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />12. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br /> licenses. <br /> <br />13. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br /> enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//98-11-286 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
