Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #98-11-282 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br /> EXPAND A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT TO INCLUDE A <br /> UTILITY SHED BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #479 <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses (Permittee) has properly <br /> applied for a condition use permit(Permit) on the property legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 5, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 2, 1998, conducted a public <br /> hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) This permit shall be perpetually in it duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br /> complied with. <br /> 2) This Permit shall allow for the construction of a 12'x 6' (192 square feet)vinyl sided utility <br /> shed (Structure) on the Subject Property for equipment storage purposes. <br /> 3) The location of the Structure on the Subject Property shall comply with the setbacks <br /> established for the B-3 Highway Business District(35 feet from south property line and 20 <br /> feet from the west property line). <br /> 4) The construction of the utility shed shall not commence until a building perit has been <br /> issued by the City of Ramsey. <br /> 5) All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the <br /> responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> 6) The City Administrator or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br /> compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Beyer, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Haas Steffen <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Beahen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br />
