10. Il. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code also states that the maximum single accessory structure size allowed on a 1.4 acre parcel is 800 square feet. That the Applicants are proposing to construct a single accessory structure that is 1,152 square feet in size, which is a 352 square foot overage in the maximum single accessory structure size limits. That the City has previously approved requests to exceed the total accessory structure space restrictions on a parcel and overages in the single accessory structure size restrictions in the range proposed. That the Applicant has stated that the overage in single building size would provide the necessary garage space to store his personal recreational property indoors. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. That the proposed use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. That at the City Council meeting of January 26, 1999, the Applicant requested a 144 square foot increase in the accessory structure size from that which was considered by the Planning Commission in order to adequately accommodate storage of a recreational vehicle. 19. That the City Council determined that the additional 144 square feet is relatively insignificant, and therefore no additional public hearing is necessary. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: RESOLUTION #99-01-019 Page 2 of 3
