Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-02-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING FINDING OF "NO NEED" FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) BASED UPON THE REVIEW OF THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT (EA) PREPARED FOR SP 0206-50 (T.H. #47), SP <br />199-010-03 (T.H. #47) AND SP 199-104-05 (SUNWOOD DRIVE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 30-day review period expired on January 27, 1999, and all <br />comments and recommendations received from reviewing agents and other interested parties <br />have been considered; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed project does not present a <br />potential for environmental impacts of such significance that an Environmental Impact Statement <br />would be required. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council should and hereby does make a Negative Declaration on the <br />need for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed project known as <br />Improvement Project #98-14, T.H. #47 STP Project. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
