Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-02-040 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING 1999 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey receives an annual allocation of CDBG funds from <br />Anoka County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1999 allocation totals $32,483.00 (or: the 1999/2000 allocation totals <br />$64,966.00); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 26, 1999, the Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the use of CDBG funds; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Ramsey hereby applies to Anoka County for the allocation of 1999 CDBG <br /> funds in the amount of $32,483.00 for the following projects: <br /> <br />Public Service Agencies <br /> Community Emergency Assistance Program <br /> Rise <br /> Family Life Mental Health Center <br /> ACBC Food Shelf & Clothing <br /> North Anoka Meals on Wheels <br /> Central Center for Family Resources <br /> Fathers' Resource Center <br /> Alexandra House <br /> <br />$500.00 <br />$500.0O <br />$500.00 <br />$500.00 <br />$500.00 <br />$500.00 <br />$50O.00 <br />$1,500.00 <br /> <br />· School District No. 28/Ramsey Town Hall Historic Preservation $26,483.00 <br /> <br />2.
