Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-04-062 <br /> <br />RESOLTUION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC <br /> WORKS SUPERVISOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grant Riemer began employment at the City of Ramsey on October <br />14, 1998, as a Public Works Supervisor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Riemer's supervisor has provided a satisfactory employee <br />performance appraisal for Grant Riemer, and recommended retaining Mr. Riemer at the <br />City of Ramsey as a regular full-time Public Works Supervisor, effective April 14, 1999; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its April 12, 1999 meeting agreed with <br />the recommendation to retain Grant Riemer as a regular, full-time Public Works <br />Supervisor, effective April 14, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Grant Riemer and change <br />his status to a regular, full-time Public Works Supervisor, effective April 14, <br />1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Hendriksen, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />And the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
