4. The Permit Holder shall implement sediment and erosion control practices in accordance <br /> with the plans submitted and the recommendations of the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />5. Grading operations shall be conducted in such a manner so as not to affect the surface water <br /> drainage outside the boundaries of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no stockpiling of materials, other than on a temporary basis, allowed within <br /> the boundaries of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />7. All costs incurred by the City in executing and administering this permit shall be the <br /> responsibility of the permit holder. <br /> <br />8. All grading operations shall be conducted between 7:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays only <br /> unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Administrator and/or his designee. <br /> <br />All operations shall comply with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />regulations and Federal and Environmental Protection Agency regulations for the protection <br />of water quality. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Susan Anderson <br />Councilmember Natalie Haas Steffen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of April, 1999. <br /> <br />T.V.
