1444 60 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #99-05-076 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly <br />applied for a variance to maximum cul-de-sac length, and minimum lot width and structure <br />setback from ordinary high water mark in the shoreland overlay district for Lake Itasca, a DNR <br />designated natural envirmtment lake #2-110, on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Northfork Moors Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> Or upon recording: Northfork Itasca Point, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 4, 1999, conducted a public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0492, the following is hereby granted to the plat of Northfork <br />Itasca Point: <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />A 400 foot variance to the 600 foot maximum cul-de-sac length. <br />A 30 foot variance from the 200 foot lot width requirement at the road frontage or <br />building setback line on Lot 5, Block 1. <br />A 40 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water <br />mark on Lot 4, Block l, resulting in a minimum setback of 160 feet. <br />A 44 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water <br />mark on Lot 5, Block 1, resulting in a minimum setback of 156 feet. <br />A 39 foot variance to the 200 foot structure setback from ordinary high water <br />mark on Lot 6, Block 1, resulting in a minimum setback of 161 feet. <br /> <br />Resolution #99-05-076 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
