Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05-084 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-05 ((BITUMINOUS <br />OVERLAY SECTION 1 UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-02-031 on February 9, <br />1999, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to bituminous <br />overlay Section 1 Unplatted (Improvement Project #99-05) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on March 9, 1999, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 9, 1999. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
