Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-05-089 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BRUNSWICK <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brunswick Corporation, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City <br />of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on March 11, 1999, the City received application and sketch <br />plan from the Developer for Lifefitness Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on April 6, 1999, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Lifefitness Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to <br />the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City reviewed the application for final plat approval of <br />Brunswick Addition (referred to as Lifefitness Addition during sketch plan review) on <br />April 28, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements on the Subject Property were satisfied <br />under the plat of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Brunswick <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> <br /> <br />
