1443619 <br /> <br /> !q.3o2 · - 0004 <br />Coun¢ilmember Hendr|ksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-05-094 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0493 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />A COMMERCIAL CATTERY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-05-094 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0493 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May 25, 1999, a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Dennis and Bonita Cobey ("Permittee") for a commercial cattery on the property <br />generally known as 9340 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 132 Feet of Lot 6, Auditor Subdivision 33, of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br />with. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the existing Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that a surviving child, residing at the same address, or <br />the subsequent property owner, desiring to continue the Permit, shall submit written <br />notice to that effect to the Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of <br />the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of twenty-four (24) cats, <br />sixteen (16) weeks of age and older, on the Subject Property and the cattery shall be <br />primarily an indoor operation. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any nuisance complaints relating to the operation of the cattery, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance and/or to revoke this Permit pursuant to <br />Section 9.03.04, subd. 9, of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
