Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-05-096 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0494 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br /> EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SFikCE ALLOWED <br /> ON A PARCEL OF LAND, AND THE SINGLE BUILDING AREA AND HEIGHT <br /> RESTRICTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-05-095 adopting <br /> Findings of Fact #0494 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> On May 25, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br /> ("City") to William and Judith Rome ("Permittee") for an overage in total accessory structure <br /> space, and single building size restrictions on the property generally known as 16100 <br /> Dysprosium Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 9, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2°d Addition,Anoka County,Minnesota <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br /> conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> 1. That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 2,400 square foot accessory <br /> building ("Structure') on the Subject Property. Said Structure shall be designed with <br /> soffit, facia and eave overhang and is approved for construction with steel panels color <br /> matched to the home. <br /> 2. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the Structure. <br /> 3. That no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said Structure <br /> unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> 4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> 5. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br /> premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br /> request. <br />
