Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#99-06-109 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF A.E.C. ENERGY PARK <br /> FOURTH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, Knoll Properties, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br /> for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Lot 5, Block 3, A.E.C. Energy Park, Anoka County, Minnesota(the "Subject Property"). <br /> AND WHEREAS,the City received a sketch plan from the Developer for A.E.C. Energy <br /> Park 4th Addition to replat the Subject Property into three lots; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on March 16, 1999, and approved the sketch <br /> plan of A.E.C. Energy Park Fourth Addition and directed the developer to proceed to the final <br /> plat stage; and <br /> WHEREAS,park dedication requirements have previously been satisfied. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to A.E.C. Energy Park <br /> Fourth Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br />
