City of Ramsey <br />Easement Acquisition <br />Description <br />SRF No. 0982960 <br />April 19, 1999 <br /> <br />PARCEL6-RW <br /> <br />Marlene and John Katnis, Trustees <br />25 -32-25 -21-0010 <br /> <br />Described Easement Area: 43,090 sq. feet. <br /> <br />Property Description and Owner According To Anoka County Auditor Records. <br /> <br />A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under, across and through part of the <br />following described property: <br /> <br />All that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as commencing at a point on the <br />centerline of the Anoka and St. Francis Road as the same extends through said East Half <br />of Northwest Quarter in a northerly and southerly direction which point is 1,083 feet <br />north of the south line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter as measured along the <br />centerline of said road; thence west parallel with the south line of said East Half of <br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 863 feet; thence north parallel with the centerline of said <br />Anoka and St. Francis Road a distance of 757 feet; thence east parallel with said south <br />line to an intersection with the centerline of said Anoka and St. Francis Road; thence <br />south on said centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Said perpetual easement being that part of said described property lying northeasterly of a line <br />run parallel with and distant 110.00 feet westerly of the easterly l.ine of St. Francis Boulevard <br />Northwest (State Trunk Highway No. 47) as dedicated in AM~ER RIDGE, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br />Together with an 80.0 foot perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, <br />across and through said described property. The centerline of said perpetual easement is <br />described as beginning at the intersection of the west line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter <br />with the centerline of Sunfish Lake Drive as dedicated in SUNNY PONDS, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof, thence easterly, along the prolongation of said <br />centerline, 20.09 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential curve concave to the northwest <br />having a radius of 295.28 feet to the north line of said described property and there terminating. <br /> <br />The side lines of said perpetual easement are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate at the <br />west and north lines of said described property. <br /> <br /> <br />
