Kempf <br />24-32-25-32-0009 <br /> <br />Described Easement Area: 900 sq. feet. <br /> <br />Property Description and Owner According To Anoka County Auditor Records. <br /> <br />A perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of <br />the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as commencing at the southwesterly corner of Block <br />1, GORHAM'S ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence southwesterly on the <br />northwesterly line of 152nd Avenue Northwest as laid out in said plat of GORHAM'S <br />ADDITION extended southwesterly for a distance of 205 feet; thence northwesterly at. <br />right angles a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; <br />thence continuing northwesterly on same described line a distance of 183 feet; thence <br />northeasterly at right angles and to the centerline of St. Francis Boulevard Northwest as <br />now laid out and traveled; thence southeasterly on said centerline to a point which is <br />100 feet northwesterly of the northeasterly comer of said plat of GORHAM'S <br />ADDITION as measured along the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly line of <br />said plat; thence southwesterly parallel with the northwesterly line of said plat to a point <br />on the northwesterly extension of the southeasterly line of said Block 1; thence <br />southeasterly on the northwesterly extension of the southwesterly line of said Block 1 to a <br />point which is 150 feet north of the northwesterly of said 152nd Avenue Northwest <br />extended southwesterly as measured at right angles thereto; thence southwesterly and <br />parallel with the extended northwesterly line of 152nd Avenue Northwest to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />Said perpetual easement being that part of said described property lying northeasterly of the <br />southeasterly extension of the southwesterly right-of-way of St. Francis Boulevard Northwest <br />(State Trunk Highway No. 47) as dedicated in BRANDSETH, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
