City of Ramsey <br />Easement Acquisition <br />Description <br />SRF No. 0982960 <br />April 19, 1999 <br /> <br />PARCEL 3 - DU <br /> <br />Winifred Arlene Steenerson <br />25-32-25-24-0002 <br /> <br />Described Easement Area: 29,180 sq. feet. <br /> <br />Property Description and Owner According To Anoka County Auditor Records. <br /> <br />A perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of <br />the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as beginning at the intersection of the <br />south line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter with the centerline of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled, said point of intersection being <br />234.97 feet west of the southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter; <br />thence west on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance <br />of 490.25 feet; thence north at a right angle a distance of 466.70 feet; thence east, <br />assumed bearing, on a line parallel with the south line of said Southeast Quarter of <br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 420.71 feet to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. <br />47; thence South 11 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East on said centerline a distance of <br />251.38 feet; thence southeasterly along said centerline on a curve to the right having a <br />radius of 1,145.92 feet and a central angle of 11 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds a distance <br />of 221.46 feet to the point of beginning. ~ <br /> <br />Said perpetual easement being the North 200 feet of the East 135 feet of that part of said <br />described property lying westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 110.00 feet westerly of <br />the easterly line of St. Francis Boulevard Northwest (State Trunk Highway No. 47) as dedicated <br />in AMI3ER RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof. <br /> <br />Together with a perpetual easement for drainage and utility purposes over, under, across and <br />through of the South 65 feet of the North 265 feet of the East 25 feet of that part of said <br />described property lying westerly of a line run parallel with and distant 110.00 feet westerly of <br />the easterly line of said St. Francis Boulevard Northwest. <br /> <br /> <br />
