Councilmember Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-06-111 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ENDING TItE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE LEE HOLLOM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lee Hollom began employment at the City of Ramsey on November 16, <br />1998, as a Public Works Maintenance Worker; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Hollom's supervisors have provided a satisfactory employee <br />performance appraisal for Lee Hollom, and recommended retaining Mr. Hollom at the City of <br />Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective June 16, 1999; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 8, 1999 meeting agreed with the <br />recommendation to retain Lee Hollom as a regular, full-time employee, effective June 16, 1999. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Lee Hollom and change his <br /> status to a regular, full-time employee, effective June 16, 1999. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hendriksen, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamee <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
