Energy Park 4t~ Addition, ~oka Count, Mi~esota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Prope~y"); and <br /> <br /> WHE~AS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 8, 1999, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFO~ BE IT ~SOL~D BY THE BOA~ OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF ~MSEY, ANO~ CO~TY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact ~0496, a variance to height restrictions is hereby grated. <br /> <br />2. The office/manufacturing facility shall be allowed for development on the Subject <br /> Prope~y at a height not to exceed a 40' from grade. <br /> <br />3. The prope~y owner shall obtain all necessa~ pe~its prior to co~encing any <br /> construction. <br /> <br />4.
